If you are already fully managing HMO properties we can offer you the following package:
√ YOUR FEES PAID AS NORMAL
From the guaranteed rent received from us you will continue being paid your fees.
√ FREEDOM FROM TENANTS MANAGEMENT
From a contract perspective we are your ONLY tenant and will be taking care of all dealings with our professional tenants:
> Rent collection
> Tenants moving in / out
Referencing
Drawing up AST contracts
Inventory
On boarding
Protecting deposits
> Tenants calls & messages
"TENANTS FIND ONLY"
If any HMO landlord asks you to find TENANTS ONLY for their property, we will pay you a "thank you" referral fee if you agree to introduce us to this landlord, and that landlord decides to sign a contract with us so we manage their HMO property.
You would not have to search for tenants since we will take care of it, AND you would receive more fees:
> The landlord one-off fee for finding tenants

> Our "thank you" referral fee (for each property we take on via your agency).
For you it will mean less work and more fees paid.
