If you are already managing HMO properties we can offer you the following services:

From the guaranteed rent received from us you will continue being paid your fees.
√ FREEDOM FROM TENANTS MANAGEMENT
From a contract perspective we are your ONLY tenant, and we will be taking care of all dealings with the tenants:

Referencing

Inventory
On boarding
Protecting deposits
> Tenants calls & messages

"TENANTS FIND ONLY"
If an HMO landlord asks you to only find TENANTS for their HMO, we will pay you a referral fee if pass their request to us.
