Richmond HMO Ltd is a boutique HMO consultancy and management agency established in October 2022.
Passionate about design-led properties refurbishment and improvement we create interior schemes consistent with the type of tenants who will live in the property, and in harmony with the building architecture, history and surroundings.
My name is Cedric Marx, I grew up and studied in France and came to London in 1999 where I initially worked for Customer Service / Care departments, first at Nokia, then VERTU phones manufacturer.
In the Richmond borough I am a Committee member for the Richmond French Circle, and also offer IT support sessions for U3A Richmond.
In my spare time I enjoy gardening, walking in Richmond parks & along the Thames, and playing scrabble.
