Richmond HMO Ltd is a house share (HMO) management agency operating in South West London, fully compliant and up to date with the latest legislation, insured, established in October 2022.
Our company provides first-class services to Landlords and Agents, and is operating based on 3 core values (listed below).
My name is Cedric Marx, founder of Richmond HMO. I grew up and studied in France and came to London in 2000 where I worked for Customer Service / Care departments, first at Nokia, then VERTU phones manufacturer.
I have had a long experience of living in house shares, the last one which I was managing.
Since 2022 I have been professionally trained on HMO & property management & development, and can offer services for your HMO or small block of flats.
In my spare time I enjoy gardening, walking in along the Thames and parks, and playing scrabble.
